TO JOIN THE PLAYA VISTA MOMS GROUP:
For PLAYA VISTA residents ONLY
1) Please visit: www.pvmomsgroup.org/membership and complete the New Member form.
2) The form requires proof of residency: upload a photo of a lease, bill, or driver's license showing your name and residence address. (Playa Vista residency is REQUIRED for membership.)
3) AFTER completing the new member form and completing payment, please return to the FB page and "Request to Join."
